Sundew on Canvas
This is a special plant. A sticky-leaved carnivorous plant called a Drosera Stolonifera (Leafy Sundew). Despite it's beauty and its flowers, it traps and eats flies and other bugs who have the misfortune to venture too close. The image was photographed at Hyden on the Gnamma Trail. The photo of the canvas (hanging on display in a dark hall for the Kondinin Art Prize) does not do it justice. The canvas measures 60cm X 40cm. The purchase price of this canvas, includes a guarantee that this original image will never be used again (no prints). You will also be purchasing the digital copy, in case you ever want another or a larger copy.
